Civic Association of Smallwood, New York, Inc.

The following fees are directed to the Lake Capital Improvement Fund:

• 100% of each Membership Initiation Fee
• $50 from each membership renewal
• 100% of all boat permit and storage fees
• 100% of all dock replacement fees
• Member Donations that are designated by the donor for the fund
• Proceeds from the events designated by the Board of Directors 

The fund exists solely to protect the ongoing environmental sustainability and health of Mountain Lake, including its shoreline, beach, and dam. It allows the SWCA to set aside money for mitigation of any issues identified through regular water testing, and repair and maintenance of the dam, beach, and other facilities and infrastructure associated with the Association's use of the lake.
